The Recipe History

The reason for the this dish goes back to when my daughter didn’t like the taste of sausages when she was about 8 years old. She liked cheese and bacon so by surrounding the sausages with other flavours she likes she has acquired the taste for sausages. This has becoming one of her favourite foods and as for the dish its become one of the families favourite dishes. We always served when we have friends round for a BBQ. We also serve them as a mini version cold on cocktail stick at a buffet very tasty and very versatile dish. If you like sausage, cheese and bacon give these a go you will be very surprised how tasty they are.
