SWEET AND VEGETABLE VEGETARIAN PANCAKES BY AGNIESZKA FROM SALES

Pancake – a simple dish of flour fried in a pan.

Crapes, pancakes  or polish nalesniki all the different words but mean the some.

Pancakes that can be made thin or thick. These pancakes can be sprinkled with sugar, powdered sugar and pour the sauce, but most often it is eaten with a filling, such as jam, sliced fruit, jam, cheese, or sometimes with sausage and cheese. Pancakes can also be used with meat filling, vegetable or mushroom, Can be made in triangles or rolled up in rolls. In this form, you can reheat them in a oven or low heat pan .

 I will present two easiest ways of serving pancakes  first  sweet and second  vegetables vegetarian.

Makes about 12 (9-inch) Pancakes

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Savory Thin Nalesniki Ingredients:

DAI005 Fresh Whole Milk-(BlueCap)-1x2L

1/2 cup of flour

1/4 cup mineral water

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons oil

Stuffing Ingredients:

VEG634 Greens Frozen Chopped Spinach Portions (Bags)-1x1kg

CHE097 Yayla (55%) Turkish Fetta Cheese-1x1kg

salt and pepper (coarsely ground pepper recommended)

1/2 teaspoon salt

Topping Ingredients:

VEG268 Greens Frozen Strawberries-1x450g

VEG289 Greens Frozen Mixed Forest Fruits-1x450g

SAN031 Nutella Chocolate Spread-1x750g

3 bananas, sliced

1 can whipping cream

crushed biscuit for decoration

1 tablespoons sugar

Step 1:

Put all ingredients in mixer bowl and mix until smooth, the dough should be the consistency of light cream.

Step 2:

Cover with a cloth and let stand for 30 minutes. So that the dough does not sticks to the pan just before frying u can add 2 teaspoons of oil.

Fry pancakes on both sides on a well heated pan.

Stuffing Step 3:

Put frozen spinach in a pan and heat up a minute. You can also add 1 tsp of butter. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut feta cheese into smaller pieces and add to the spinach.

Step 4:

For each pancake put stuffing and roll.

Topping Step 5:

Spread a thin layer of nutella  onto crepe and place banana slices crape folded in half. Warmed in the oven or in a microwave to dissolve
the chocolate.

Step 6:

On top add the whipped cream and fruit and crushed biscuit.

I recommend pancakes with spinach and feta especially in summer, because it’s so light and quick lunch and with nutella and fruits as a desert. Enjoy your meal.
