GOLD FISH BY EWELINA FROM PAY COUNTER

If you will eat this your dreams will come true!!!

It is made for and served for dinner or supper for any occasion.

You can serve this meal with iceberg lettuce and garlic sauce.

It is an International meal which is very tasty and soft. All the ingredients cause a very good combination of flavours.

Ingredients:

PAS061-Fillo Pastry

VEG318- Leaf spinach

CHE097- Yayla Feta Cheese

Salmon Fillet

French Cream

Butter

Fresh Garlic

Fresh Lemon

Step 1:

Melt butter in a pan.

Step 2:

Put defrosted spinach and add 3 cloves of freshly crushed garlic.

Step 3:

Add a bit of salt and pepper and a bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice to spinach.

Step 4:

Add French cream and fry all together for at least 7 minutes.

Step 5:

Add a bit of salt and pepper and freshly squeezed lemon juice on a salmon fillet.

Step 6:

Take 5 sheets of baklavik pastry cut in 2 pieces. One of the pieces cut slightly on a both sides.

In the middle of pastry put spinach then feta cheese and salmon fillet on the top.

Step 7:

Move pastry one by one (changing the sides) until you will cover the salmon fillet.

Step 8:

Put onto oven pot and cover the meal with egg white.

Put into oven and cook for 30-40 minutes in 180˚C.

Step 9:

Gold FISH!!! Enjoy!!! And remember if you will eat your dreams will come true 😉
