Stuffed mushroom with tomato sauce and melted cheddar by Ateser from Operations

Here is one of my favourite dishes of all the time.
It’s unique and easy to prepare. I enjoy cooking it and it is a great meal to
have with friends, I hope that you try to make it and can taste how nice all
the flavours blend together.

Best thing is about making it because my mom taught me how to cook it and it
was one of my first dishes I have cooked.

JJ Ingredients that are needed:

Step 2:

We are taking the stalks of the mushrooms and keeping them on the side because
we are going to put them back.
Then fill the mushrooms with your mixture of minced beef. You should fill all

the mushrooms in for about 45 min. After you see its almost done put a small pieces of cheddar on the top of the mushrooms, keep it 2 more min. to melt cheddar
you can serve it with rice, salad or anything you like. I used beetroots, baby
carrots and some rocket salad
