(Hungarian name: Kokusztekercs)

The coconut roll is a traditional Hungarian Christmas cake. You can find this sweet cake on every family’s table at Christmas time.

If you would like to make this cake at home you need the next ingredients:

 

2 pack of Biscuits

SPI294: Desiccated coconut

Rum essence

Milk

SAU093: Cocoa powder

SPI030: Icing sugar

DAI128: Butter

Step 1:

First I show you all of the ingredients.

After you have to grated the biscuits and mixed with the cocoa powder and a half of the desiccated coconut.
