Hunkar Begendi By Onur From Product Group

I would like to make Hunker Begendi for JJ Foodie. Hünkar Beğendi is lamb stew served on a bed of creamy roasted eggplant puree. However, “begendi,” in time, started to be used for eggplant puree.

1 lemon

1 spoon thyme

1 Pint glass hot water

1.5 spoons flour

How to cook

Step 1:

Season the meats in olive oil and onion juice for two hours.
