Radga Patties By Sonal From Customer Service

I made a simply awesome and mouth watering indian dish. It’s called radga patties.

Patties is made of potoatoes and radga is called with chick peas.

Hope you like it.

Ingredients:

LEN010: KTC Chick Peas-12x400g

VEG007: Loose Tomatoes (Class 2)-1x6kg

FLO024: JJ Corn Flour-1x3kg

OIL049: JJ Vegetable Cooking Oil (PET)-1x5L

½ mustard and cumin seeds

¼ turmeric powder

2 tsbp chilli powder

salt to taste

3-4 boiled, peeled and mash potatoe

½ ginger,

½ garlic

1 tsbp corn flour

 green chillies

 salt to taste Ingredients

Step 1:

Chopped all the vegetables and boil and peeled the potatoes.

Grinder the garlic, ginger and green chillies to make paste.

Put some oil in a pan with ginger, garlic and green chillies paste, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onions, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tomatoes and cooked for 2-3 minutes.

Add on chick peas and water cook until it get brown and cooked properly and add salt to taste. Put some coriander on top for furnishing.

Take the mash potatoes. Ginger and garlic paste. Sugar mix with corn flour.

Take small portion and from a little patty. You can make any size and shape you want. Put some grease on your hand so that it doesn’t stick on your hand.

Take a flat pan again to fry patties and fry them until they get brown. Make them brown from both side.

Take patties and put chick peas on top with the little vermicilli on top for the crunch and assemble them properly.

We are ready to eat patties with chick peas. Put chopped tomatoes and raw chopped onion. Vermicilli to make it crunchy. Yogurts and coriander on top.

    I TRIED IT AND IT WAS DELICIOUS EVEN THOUGH I CAN NOT TOLERATE SPICY FOOD. YOGHURT MAKES THE TASTE SMOOTHER AND LEAVES A VERY NICE TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH AFTERWARDS. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO TRY THIS RECIPE AT HOME. YOU WONT REGRET IT GUYS. YOU WILL DEFINITELY LUV IT 😉
