BAI ZI BY YING FROM PRODUCT GROUP
Baozi ( Lamb Bun), traditional Chinese food with 1400 years history made by flour pastry with minced lamb and vegetable filling.
Ingredients:
SPI440: Lotus Five Spice Powder
OIL075: Orchid Blended Sesame Oil
Lamb Mince
Plain Flour
Yeast
Soy Sauce
Spring Onion
Step 1:
Pour the flour into the pot and add yeast powder mixed with water and stir into bright and not sticky soft dough.
Cover and let the dough for 90 minutes fermenting at 30 degrees.
Step 2:
Divide the dough into 12 to 15 sub-dough balls, rounded and flattened. The middle of pastries should be thicker.
Step 3:
Add water, salt, cooking oil, ginger mince, five spice powder and chicken powder with the lamb mince. Then use chopsticks to stir in one direction.
Step 4:
Add minced Spring onions, topped with sesame oil and stirred.
Step 5:
Put the filling on the skin, pinch pleats little by little, until the top of the buns sealing.
Step 6:
Put aside the buns aside to awake for 15 minutes.
Step 7:
Steam for 18-20 minutes.
