SPINACH KOFTE BY ILYAS FROM SALES
This is dedicated to real spinach lovers like me.
As many people belive that eaten daily, is the essence of good health. However, being green it contains Vitamin A and C and of course it tastes delicious.
Ingredients:
VEG318 1 kg Leaf Spinach
2 tea spoon butter
1 cup of whole milk
2 tea spoon breadcrums
CHE139 Greated cheddar cheese
CHE133 Feta Cheese
Walnut kernels
2 eggs
Salt,
SPI312 Black peppers
Red pepper flakes
Step 1:
Put the spinach in the pan cooked for ten minutes until tender.
Step 2:
Drain well press water out by pressing with the back of a wooden spoon.
Step 3:
Melt butter in a pan. Add spinach and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4:
Remove from heat stir in grated cheddar cheese.
Step 5:
Place the spinach in a large bowl and add the ½ cup of milk, eggs, breadcumbs,black pepper and salt.
Mix with your hands.
Step 6:
In frying pan, pour the olive oil, heat oil over medium heat . Divide the spinach mixture into 4 pieces cook the koftas on it for 3-4 minutes.
Until cooked through.
Step 7:
Transfer to koftas grill pan cover tops of koftas feta cheese. Cook under pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
Step 8:
Remove from oven garnish with walnut enjoy the meal.
